At Danessa Myricks Beauty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your package is tracked and handled correctly.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
